How our collective works:

You sign-up for a subscription of Certified Organic fruit and vegetables, delivered weekly or every other week  to a chosen pick up location or home delivery. Currently we offer 2 types of shares.

Picking up your box: 

Some of our pick up points are self serve from outside private residences. Shares will be labeled on a table. There will be a sign off sheet with a contact phone number in case your box is not present or you have any questions/concerns while picking up.

Putting a box on hold

Its easy to manage your account online.  If you are going out of town and want to skip your next delivery, you can put a future box on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds must be placed no later than three days prior to your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations at the last-minute. One option is to have a friend pick up your box to try us out for a week!

Deadlines for Order Changes

Going out of town? If you don't want your share on a particular week, login to your account and place your order on hold. We must receive your request no later than four days prior to your delivery. If it is past the three days prior then it must be picked up or we can donate it.

Renewals

Our new online shop features automatic payment for subscriptions. If your credit or debit card has expired of has insufficient funds available for payment, you will get a renewal notice from us. If you get a notice like this, please update your credit card information as soon as possible or let us know if you would like to cancel your subscription!
